Quality timepieces are a priority for VNC. Upon receipt of the pre-owned watches, we provide a one-year limited warranty. All sold watches are warrantied for a period of one year from the date of delivery.

The guarantee does not cover the following:

Watch parts that didn’t originally come at purchase.
Water damage.
Shock damage.
All damages caused by misuses. 

We accept all major credit and debit cards, bank transfer, and cryptocurrencies.
Per transaction, only one mode of payment will be accepted.

The purchase is eligible for a refund within 30 days of receipt.
All returns must be in their original condition and accompany all accessories, including watch boxes. All returns must be in their original condition.
Refunds will be processed within two working days after the item is returned. Return shipping costs and import taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser.
